Repetitive – What you are reading goes on and on, but says nothing new.

Meaningless – You are Cced emails that have nothing to do with you.

Ambiguous – Your supervisor asks "someone" on your team to contact her.

Incorrect – You receive a letter dated April 31, 2021.

Incomplete – A form asks for your 2nd email address, but doesn't have this field.
